Submissions: Artist 18 and older can submit up to three artworks, with the possibility of one or all being accepted into the show. Artwork must fill the frame of the submitted photo.
Works Eligible: Artwork must feature the theme of Chrome or shiny metal either in subject, or appearance, abstract or realistic. Shiny cars, motorcycles, appliances, anything with shiny and reflective surfaces are welcome.Submissions can be 2D or 3D in any handmade medium including photography, textiles, handmade clothes, ceramics, sculpture, and more. Reproductions of handmade art or work created by AI will not be accepted, only original works of art. All works must be for sale and all work must arrive ready to be exhibited. 2D work must be framed with a secure wire across the back for hanging. 3D work must be professional in presentation and ready for display. Large works are accepted depending on what our space allows, so provide measurements in the submission form. If a work is unsuitable for display upon delivery, it will be rejected from the exhibition. Work must remain in the gallery for the duration of the show and must not be removed until April 28, 2024 for pick up.
Entry Fee: $20 per artist, up to three artworks. No fee for artists with studios at Aston Mills Arts

Notification of acceptance: by Monday, March 25, 2024, please be patient, notifications will go out soon….
Delivery of accepted works: Wednesday, April 3- Saturday, April 6, 2024, times given in acceptance notification
Opening Reception: Reception, Sunday, April 7, 12-4pm
End of exhibition and pick up- Sunday, April 28 after 4:30pm- Friday, May- times TBA, all work must be picked up by Saturday, May 4, 2024
Liability: All work will be treated with respect and care, however Aston Mills Arts assumes no liability for loss or damage. You can provide your own insurance if you’d like, and send a copy of the certificate to info@astonmillsarts.com. Work not collected by June 30, 2024 becomes property of Aston Mills Arts.
Sales: For this exhibition, the gallery will be open for special events and private rentals, with public hours Saturdays from 1-5pm, Sundays 1-4pm, and some Friday evenings when there isn’t an event planned. The Gallery can also schedule private viewings at your convenience. The gallery charges the collector sales tax and submits it to the State of Pennsylvania at a rate of 6%. A sales commission of 30% is charged for any artwork sold during the exhibit, in person or online.Payment to artists for sold work will go out within 30 days after April 30, 2024.
