studio H, first floor

New construction, shared space divided into 3 artist spaces, 8 ft walls, locking door, each space $267 plus utilities. This studio can also be rented as one space for $800 per month plus utilities.

studio 3, 2nd Floor

Available January 15- Studio 3- 2nd floor- $342/mo plus utilities, security deposit plus first and last month rent required, liability insurance required. The utilities range from $16 to $100 with an annual monthly average of $55. Studio 3 has two north-west facing windows with a view of a wooded hillside, two floor-to-ceiling, 9 ½’ walls and two 7’ walls and a ceiling fan. With NNW light and lots of display space, this is a wonderful studio, great for a painter.

  • All studios have the following amenities:

    • 24 hour access by artists.

    • A gorgeous, brand new rail trail (the Chester Creek Trail) within walking distance.

    • Gallery hanging system in common areas for shows.

    • Artists may participate in shows, open studios, and other events.

    • Large teaching studio available for daily or weekly rental for art classes, with tables, easels and taborets for up to 15 students.

  • 1. Pay three month's rent (security deposit, first and last month's rent) due by the start of the lease.

    2. If time allows, you may divide the above amount into three payments.

    3. Liability insurance policy must be acquired with a certificate of insurance on file by the start date of the lease. Contact us for the lease and the information sheet on insurance for details.
